The customer service is phenomenal
The customer service is phenomenal! People were very kind and responded within minutes. The timing to receive the physical gift card took way longer than they said. It came 3 weeks late. However, when it arrived, it was beautifully presented. Never have seen a gift card like it. I would use them again, but would plan ahead in case it arrives late again.
