What a shame

The chocolate is no longer the same quality: it tastes cheap but at a luxury price. Unlikely to buy again. It seems sadly you can't have quality and chase a large market share.

Courier service poor

Nothing wrong with the product or company but I do have a problem with Amazon the courier service they now use since changing from royal mail. They knock door , run away, not giving time to answer door and just leave on doorstep in full view. Luckily I was home this time but this is not the first time I've had the problem with the Amazon delivery. I am very disappointed that this lovely company use such a poor courier service. I have been a repeat subscriber since 2020

POOR delivery

Answered doorbell within 30 seconds. Driver already driving away Despite label on box. Box was left receiving full sunlight. Fortunately I was able to collect box immediately

20 +years and counting

I have been with Hotel Chocolat for over 20 years, it all started when was given a box as a gift, their chocolates mixes are like nothing you have ever tasted. I decided to do a subscription, the presentation of the box is quality. And I would often gift them, over the years I have watched Hotel Chocolat go from strength to strength. And the quality has never wavered, however the collection has grown. If you are looking for something different that will impress. Or a little treat for yourself, this is the place to come. You won't be disappointed.

Yummy Chocolate, late delivery

The chocolates are truly wonderful. But I wasn't pleased with the delivery service. I paid for next day delivery. I ordered on 3rd, was told they would be delivered on 5th and they were actually delivered on 6th....not what I call next day

Absolutely fantastic

Bought the hot chocolate maker for my husband. I don’t really drink it, well I didn’t till I tried this one!!! Wow!! So easy & absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to try the other flavours. 10/10

I am very angry with the amazon…

I am very angry with the amazon delivery driver for leaving the box with chocolates inside under the tree in the front garden - dogs and cats tend to use my garden as a toilet😬 I was in the house - he never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. My husband’s car was parked on the drive too. Why send a message saying the driver is arriving as soon as l received the text message the driver was in the van ready to drive off. Maybe try to use other delivery couriers

Very helpful phone service

I rang head office as have been unable to get Velvetiser Mocha Cafe Latte at the shops. Very helpful on the phone and offered to supply my order next day delivery as they had come in that day
