What a shame

The chocolate is no longer the same quality: it tastes cheap but at a luxury price. Unlikely to buy again. It seems sadly you can't have quality and chase a large market share.

Order placed on Tuesday 25th "TO ARRIVE BY 28 March" Royal Mail - 03.11 Friday 28 "sender has despatched item" Hotel Chocolate - Friday 28 20.20 hrs "your order is on it's way" Royal Mail Sunday 30 - "unable to deliver today" - hardly surprising - delivery to an Estate Agent's Office on a Sunday afternoon? Finally delivered on Monday 31st. Fortunately it wasn't time critical. Does Hotel Chocolate guess delivery dates these days?

I ordered 3 items, all Easter gifts. Unfortunately one arrived badly broken. I emailed and sent some pictures and they resolved it really quickly, great service. Items ordered were otherwise as described/expected.
