Algoritm did a good job and I receive nice place for stay

Booking was easy and the app looks cool. I haven't used the app for much yet, but I'm excited to try out the chat function as I start my trip. The descriptions of the facilities made it easy to choose where I was staying. So far so good!

I had a serious issue with a property, but Hostelworld's support agents, Hevandro and Carol, stepped in and handled everything with great empathy and professionalism. I'm very grateful for their fair resolution and support. It’s reassuring to know Hostelworld stands by its customers!

For years I was in touch with HostelWorld as a small business owner of a bed without a breakfast. They were terrific. Always very helpful and kind. I'd like to thank them personally by acknowledging this publicly. After ten years, I'm closing this chapter. I'll look back on a tremendous chapter of my life in which I brought the world to me. It was a joy.

Booking system easybtobuse, great description of facilities and locations make it easy to choose best locations. Could use more ease in making changes other than cxl and rebook but cest le vie.

A booking was cancelled without the guest’s knowledge due to a communication issue. This caused significant inconvenience and additional costs. Instead of a refund, a voucher with very restrictive conditions was issued. Multiple explanations were provided, but the actual issue was never addressed by customer service. Overall, a disappointing and unresponsive experience.

Première fois que l’ont réservait avec hostelworld, Nous avons eu un soucis avec un hôtel qui a fait du surbooking nous n’avions pas de chambre à l’arrivée,l’hôtel nous a comme par hasard proposé une chambre dans un autre hôtel plus loin et sans piscine pour le même prix de plus qu’il affichait pourtant complet,( nous avons rencontré une personne qui a eu le même soucis avec le même hôtel), c’est une arnaque, impossible de contacter le service client, jamais eu de retour, prenez sur booking au moins tu as un service client qui est réactif !

Honestly some of the most pathetic customer service I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to book a hostel with Hostelworld for over a week now and there is an error message every time I go to pay. I checked with my bank and they said it isn't to do with them. I opened a ticket with Hostelworld about this issue over a week ago and no one has ever bothered to reply to me. This is extremely frustrating as I really wanted to book this hostel before it sells out. Shows Hostelword don't care about their customer service at all.

More expensive then the official hostel site

Ginger Monkey is truly a wonderful place. Surrounded by mountains and great hikes and walks, you find yourself in a really cozy Hostel where you can just simply see how much love is put into that place everyday. Loved the breakfast, Taco Tuesday and the little date at Pizza Rustica. I can only recommend going there if you're looking for something cozy, relaxing and a place that feels like home away from home. Thanks to Fabi and Haribo for being such wonderful hosts! Não achei prático. Quando fiz a reserva, o site adiantou e garantiu o débito do percentual do trabalho da empresa, antes do pagamento da diária do checkin. O que se tornou um pouco confuso. The hostelworld understand very well my review of the platform in portuguese language, maybe used Google translate? So I not need write in English. Thanks.

I love the staff, the amenities and the location. I took off a star because the room smells a bit musty and it bothers my sinuses
