I ordered the Ruby horsepower, however, it was missing the part that closes the charging port. Customer servive was great as they sent me another unit even though it had been a few months after the original purchase. Highly recommend!

I was impressed how quickly they arrived . The microwave toaster is good, I can take it to work and have a toasted sandwich for lunch in 4 minutes. Saves going out at lunchtime to buy one . For the cost of four toasted sandwiches you can have your own toaster . Good value .
