What is wrong with their website…
What is wrong with their website Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 August 2025? Have literally tried for hours both days to get on it to place an order. No problem getting onto other companies websites so no Wi-Fi problems this end. Gave up today and tried phoning the number from the TV advert - ‘nobody there to talk to’ was the automated response (as opposed to all our agents are busy which I could accept) and message told me I’d get a call back and to pick a time! Terrible service. It’s now 09:33 on 01.09.25 and I’ve just had the callback from a really nice lady who apologised for my troubles over the weekend (they’d had no other reports of website problems) and took my order. Really good customer service!! Still don’t know what the website problem was.
