On July 7th I have been called by a Hellmann employee about the delivery when I was not home, and we agreed that he would leave the items at my door inside the building. When I got home there were no signs of delivery, and on their tracking page they did NOT change status to "delivered", so I assumed there was a problem while entering the building and they decided to deliver it another day. The very next day they updated the status again to "currently being shipped", so I was assured that they did not deliver it, and will try again that day, however nobody came. Again, nothing changed in the next day. However, this morning, on July 10, they updated the order status to "delivered on July 9th", even though there was not even a sign of anybody delivering anything at that date. And the best part is, there are no contact numbers, emails or anything. On their website they try to get away with it by stating "For Roadfreight consignment tracking, please contact your vendor." in the contact page, so they do not want you to ask them anything about your delivery. Also the vendor cannot reach them. Because of that, I tried reaching all possible emails that I have found, and got no response from any of them. I also tried contacting the delivery person who called me but I also got no answer or reply from him. Absolute joke of a company.
