Disappointed with the delivery time
Disappointed with the delivery time, as they only drop their parcels at a Royal Mail office once a week on a Saturday! I ordered on Sunday afternoon and only received 8 days later. Not good enough! Needed Evenup Shoe Balancer to use with my boot, so has delayed my rehabilitation. If you want a fast delivery I would suggest you pay the extra £9.95 for their next working day courier delivery and not choose the free Royal Mail 24/48 Tracked Delivery.

Excellent ‘Ziggy’ walking stick
Great quality service and product. I find it hard to locate adjustable walking sticks which go down as low as 30 inches together with gel handles. Healthandcare do this thankfully, and they also stock sticks in strong plain colours (not a fan of flowery sticks!) so I’ll definitely be back for more. Many thanks.
