Always very professional and able to solve any problems that have happened in the past.

Customer support is excellent. Although, sometimes the Support team gets overwhelmed and can not get back to the customer right away. However, when working with the support team on any issues, the problem is almost always resolved.

Great program, has all of the features needed, and can be used right out of the box with no formal training. Have never had any problems, and the only calls we have ever had to make were to increase the membership siza.

We are a small family owned and operated fitness center. We had previously used a custom wrote database that no longer fit our needs. All of the other software vendors out there had software that didn't fit our needs. We wanted to own our software and for our software to be on our local network and not in the cloud. The software has helped us run more efficiently as well as get more useful data out of it. We are very pleased!

We have been using for the last 3 years and we appreciate the customer service Gymassistant. Compare to other similar softwares, Gymassistant has an extraordinary money value ratio.

I love the gym assistant program we use in our wellness center. It is very easy to use and has so many features that make our job easier!

Been using gym assistant at my yoga/martial arts studio for 10 years. It streamlines my monthly tuition.. 2clicks and all my student billing gets done. I also use the proshop for student sales and inventory. I highly recommend this software and calling them for support is excellent

LOVE that it is not cloud based/internet reliant because that would be an issue for us. Would like to have updated reporting interface and communication tools.

They have promised updates that are more relevant with most gyms today and they never come through. I like the ease of the database but they are really behind times

Lake Almanor Fitness Center has been utilizing Gym Assistant software for our membership and operations for the past 9 years. The professionals at Bio-Logic are exceptional and the few times we have had to request their assistance with an issue, their troubleshooting has been timely and effective. Easy to set-up and operate. Handles all of our fitness center business operations. Jon Harlan and his staff at Bio-logic are great people. Highly recommend their systems for any sized business.

This system is crippled. We spoke with someone 8 years ago, and have continued to ask over and over, about a simple tax option and never get any updates that have anything to do with that. Having to manually put in dollar amounts for services all day, every single day, because you can't separate the tax option for tanning or gym services.

Crashes the computer system 3-4 times per month Never could get IPPay to integrate with the system and still waiting on someone from gym assistant to get back to us as per email with Sam from IPPay

Would not use any other software, could not be easier!!!
