What a wonderful company to deal with. We made a terrible error in booking and we could not have received a better service and resolution. Horrible company
Horrible company. First was accused of having an animal in the car, but I came from another country and legally couldn’t bring an animal with me. Nonetheless, I paid the charge and thought that was that. Two months later, Go Rentals is hounding me through email again claiming that I didn’t pay them for the cleaning fee. If I could attach images, I would attach my bank statement that I sent to them which proves I paid them, yet they won’t relent. I would highly beware of renting from this company.
