When I came to my room, it was not cleaned. I was disappointed.

To expensive and I had many issues. I just felt scammed considering I paid 1500 for a month and didnt have any sheets or pillows. Not worth it.

First bedroom: window broken. Changed to a second room: dirty and not cleaned up between two guests. I finally cancelled by 2-week booking.

I am a student booked residence from GoBritanya. I checked into Chapter Islington on 4 October, but the reception assigned me a room on the basement floor instead of the first floor that I had booked. After the isolation, I asked the reception several times to change my room, and there was no definite answer. On 14 October, the reception asked me to pack my luggage immediately, but by the afternoon of 15 October, the reception had not changed rooms for me and told me "cannot tell you the exact time of departure". Finally, they told me that I can move to the right room on January 23, so I have to live in the wrong room for more than 3 months. This has seriously affected my learning life and I did not receive any compensation.

The place and staff of my acommodation is fine, but services at Go Britanya are awful. They just reply when they need something from you but when you contact them they don't even care about you. When I moved they made me stay for 3 days in a room and changed me to another one but with different specifications until the point that I had to buy new home things because the ones that I had didn't work because of the features of the room, when I complaint, they didn't even reply but of course they wanted to have my full payment 24 hours after I did an enquiry. Overpriced places and they take advantage of students, we don't now how to move at first in London and because of our situation they charge for inflated prices. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I have booked from GoBritanya three times. Chapter Islington. scape Shoreditch and Scape Wembley. I really liked scape buildings. They are really nice, clean, comfortable and luxury. I was in a frenzy googling places for my last minute 2 month trip to london. Always being a student and renting places for the year made me realize how expensive it was to rent for a short term. Really really glad for this, otherwise I would have ended up spending a lot more for a very mediocre place.

The room is bit small, but overall is quite good.

Friendly and caring staff and very well designed rooms at an affordable price.

There was a bad smell in my cluster throughout my stay, especially in the kitchen. This was probably coming from the rotting food left in one of the fridges before my arrival, which I had to ask to be cleaned several times before action was taken. In general I think the kitchens should be cleaned more by the staff and that there should be clear rules for the residents in regards to kitchen usage. Other than this my stay was pleasant.
