Look for other options first
The place and staff of my acommodation is fine, but services at Go Britanya are awful. They just reply when they need something from you but when you contact them they don't even care about you. When I moved they made me stay for 3 days in a room and changed me to another one but with different specifications until the point that I had to buy new home things because the ones that I had didn't work because of the features of the room, when I complaint, they didn't even reply but of course they wanted to have my full payment 24 hours after I did an enquiry. Overpriced places and they take advantage of students, we don't now how to move at first in London and because of our situation they charge for inflated prices. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
