When placing the order
When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

Placed an order on the 18th December as a Christmas present. I was aware that it may not arrive in time for Christmas but it did and with time to spare. An incredible service. Thank you. Most competitive price on the market for the products I bought. I also got free delivery. I wanted to order the products again due to price and service but unfortunately in the space of 10 days my order has increased by Β£10. Such a shame.

Good quality pens. Packaged very well and undamaged. A good price too without wasted yellow pens in it! I always have to throw them away as they canβt be seen on the whiteboard when teaching online.
