When placing the order
When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

Gesso paint
The Gesso that I had ordered had opened in the box, so a lot of it was noT usable. I think if it had had a tape around it it might not have happened.

DPD delivery a total disaster
The ordering process etc was great, however using dpd to deliver a small parcel was a disaster. They failed to deliver 4 days in row but didnβt actually didnβt even try then stated I had to collect from local co-op during the worst snow weβd had in ages. They gave excuses including I was out then the day after couldnβt find property. I tried to make a complaint to them but they wonβt allow me to as Iβm not the customer but GLS are. Extremely frustrating process and sadly reflects badly on you as Im unlikely to order from you again due to delivery issues. Following my review GLS contacted me and were amazing! They apologised for delivery nightmare and explained what had happened. They refunded the full amount of my order and resent it to be delivered to my house. It arrived very rapidly and the whole experience was excellent. What a company I am so impressed not only did they make every effort to fix this but there was someone on the phone to actually speak too which is such a pleasure compared to other companies who only have online chats with robots! Thank you so much.
