Flex mobile has been great to me always giving me awesome service
Every time I call customer support my questions always get answered and the Repersentive is very helpful and make sure I understand what plan I’m using or how much data I have left .
I like the low price for unlimited data.
No longer allows subscribers to cancel their services. You can no longer cancel your service on the web site. Messages to support to cancel are ignored. Calls to the company are answered by a digital Assistant which repeatedly hangs up on you when you ask to cancel your service. Had to file a dispute with the bank. This kind of behaviour should be criminal. Reply: The document you linked says nothing about cancellations. Your phone bot still hangs up when you ask to cancel the service. I advise anyone considering this company for their phone service to first call their support number and ask to cancel your service. You'll see first hand what I am saying is true.

Ive had this flex plan for months has great service and i never need to add more mins or data or text truly unlimited. I dont drop calls and i pay less then all my family members. Id recommend for sure

It's a great service and I love that my bill is only 30.00 a month. I just need a better phone to put my sim card in. This phone is crazy and sometimes it doesn't work. But other than that I love the service and I have internet all month. It's geeat. Thanks

Excellent service never run out of minutes and never have any problems even if I am 2 days late they still have my number not like other company's that will make you get another number etc. 5 stars all the way.
