The company is a scam. Suppose to be a sister company to Excess Telecom. In mid switch off the switched over to flex and also offered the wrong plan by using another company named Linked. The service only provide 5gs of data and after the first gig from what I was told your phone goes into throttle so they control your data. By receiving the link I purchased the wrong plan. I repeatedly asked for a 15 gig plan and that's what I received the 5 gig. Was also supppose to just pay the differnce being i was under the wrong plan but once they no longer used link they wanted me to pay $29.00 and the promotion was gone. Horrible. As of right now I have gigs and i'm still not able to connect to anything. It's stating server not connected or it doesn't load. FAILED TO FIX THE ISSUE!!! *updata* afater the miscommunication and switching over to a third-party on their end they still want me to pay, dropping a company.DONE

I am so grateful to have flex mobile! The rates are affordable and I haven't had any issues with data no matter where I am. I live in the mountains so finding reliable service does not come easy. I literally have to hang halfway out my living room window so that my calls aren't dropped. Not with flex mobile tho. I don't know how you do it flex but what you offer up and the availability of service is totally awesome. I stream with flexomeness on every device, anywhere!
