Fantastic Experience
I had a fantastic experience overall with G&M, right from the initial quote stage through to a recent claim. All my questions were answered by the sales team. They never made me feel rushed or pressured. When it came to making a claim for some physiotherapy, the claims team was extremely helpful and efficient throughout.

Grateful for the Support
The claims team was incredibly supportive and made the entire process so much easier than I anticipated. When I first realised I had to make a claim, I was quite stressed, imagining endless forms and phone calls. However, from my very first contact, the G&M team were patient, understanding, and walked me through every single step. They clarified exactly what information was needed, helped me coordinate with my GP for notes, and even followed up on my behalf when there were delays.

Great Service
Ethan provided outstanding customer service for myself whilst putting my sports insurance in place to give me peace of mind to go forward. He looked into my policy and got back to me in a timely manner whilst explaining insurance jargon in simple terms. I would highly recommend.
