Absolutely exceptional yet again. Gas-Fix are an absolute pleasure to work with, they go above and beyond to help every single time. Office staff bend over backwards to accommodate appointments and prepare for the work to be carried out. Engineers are all a great bunch, hard working, professional, and friendly. Always look forward to having them over. Attention to detail is evident at every step. Gary did a fantastic job, couldn’t be happier. My whole central heating system was replaced by Gas-Fix in 2021 and all subsequent alterations. The whole lot has been spot on. One of the best companies I have dealt with and really happy they are on my doorstep in the village.
We have just had Gas-Fix replace our old boiler and tank with a new fully sealed pressurised system. I have been nothing but impressed with the service we received. There was large amount of work involved, moving the tank and all piping from the airing cupboard up into the loft area in order to free up space. Gas-Fix thank you, your engineers (Adam and Gary) were prompt, professional, tidy and very informative of all work taking place. It was a big three day job and they delivered everything that was quoted for, we are extremely happy with the job and would definitely use and recommend Gas-Fix again 100%
Emma in reception is absolutely ace. She dealt calmly and professionally with adoring grandparents really uptight up about losing all heating on childcare days. The engineer who promptly fitted the new boiler did it all in a day and was immaculately clean and tidy. His briefing on the operation of the new system was a masterpiece of how to educate elderly technophobes without a hint of being patronising: he should work for the diplomatic corps! The cost and the generous guarantee plus payment options are unbeatable. An outstanding job all round from a team with real business integrity and a self-evident customer focus. We could not be more pleased. They have certainly earned our long-term loyalty.
Would highly recommend Gas Fix. Great work by Andy, who serviced and replaced the heatmat on our gas Multiglow open fire. He also installed a new radiator in our dining room and both jobs were done to a high standard. When he had finished, both rooms were left tidy enough that you wouldn't know he had been there.
