G2A claims to offer support, but it’s a scam. They contact you and ask for proof, but after you provide everything, your evidence is ignored. No real help, no refunds, no accountability. Feels like a setup to waste your time and deny responsibility. In my opinion, G2A is a fraudulent platform – avoid at all costs.

I bought a PC CD key for Sekiro and instead received a completely different, worthless game. When I contacted support, they told me it was “fine” because the shady seller had written Sekiro PC Steam random key. So apparently, on G2A, that means sellers are allowed to send you any piece of junk they want. This is outrageous. Instead of protecting customers, G2A seems to actively help scammers get away with this nonsense. Their so-called “support” is useless, and the platform is a breeding ground for fraud. Stay far away from G2A if you value your money.

Hab ein EA DLC gekauft und nur so einen Promo oder Giftcode bekommen und sollte dann lt. Verkäufer einfach das DLC nochmal dazu kaufen. Dann hätte ich bei G2A einfach mal 10€ mehr als bei EA bezahlt. Sehr Schade, bisher hatte ich gute Erfahrungen gemacht und mal wieder bei G2A einkaufen wollen und dann so was. Fühle mich gescammt.
