Deceptive, needs to be clear description on TOP in CAPS. Not below, sold me account that was owned by someone else, not a key to redeem on my own account

Got my game for real cheap a little less than a quarter the price.

Really easy to use

I purchased a 10xVIP (10 supposedly vip steam game keys) pack through G2A. I didn't know that these packs, or at least the specific seller's packs, were shovelware, AI generated games with inflated prices on Steam. I got pissed, but ok. THEN, one of the 10 keys had already been redeemed. That, I couldn't accept, the seller put me through hoops, patronized me ("my friend your excelent games are completely good BY G2A RULES"). Then I lost my temper and I lashed out at the seller. Then I went to G2A to demand either a working key of ANY GAME, or a partial refund. Then I deleted my G2A account. Then G2A said hey you need to re contact the seller and go through the hoops, as if I had any obligation to do this instead of just being served what I had so foolishly purchased. Then I said I cant login, I deleted my account. Then they said youre not cooparating case closed plus youre temp banned for lashing out at seller. TL;DR? Never, ever, ever, ever, trust this trash, fraudulent, bottom of the pit website. Go to gamivo (also be careful there but at least they arent thieves), or to Kinguin or sth.

I purchased key for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC from CGi & they never worked. I got the message " the serial number is invalid." It's been over 3 months of trying to get hold of them. I finally did & all they offered me was a small discount on a more expensive set of keys. I just want my money returned if they can not give me what we agreed on what i purchased from them.

Allow sellers that only have cheap games, but advertise a lot of other keys available. 100% chance you'll only get dirt cheap key. G2A will try to block off any recourse available.

Works for me. When ever I had a problem, they offered and gave money back.

Avoid this at all cost. Used this service twice, and both times got scammed. The first time seller decided to refund, but the second time seller refused. The issue here is actually useless G2A support that is fully aware of the situation but always refuse to assist,- even if you provide them with indisputable evidences,- they just block people accounts. The only solution seems to be is charge back your credit card as a fraud. Shame G2A. Use Eneba service !

Good prices and experience

Ich habe das erste Mal bei G2A bestellt und gleich schlechte Erfahrungen machen müssen. Habe einen Key gekauft, der trotz sofortiger Geldabbuchung von meinem Konto nach ca. 30 Stunden immer noch nicht an mir geschickt wurde. Da steht immer "warten auf Zahlung". Hab eine Konservation gestartet, wo auch ein Screenshot mit der Abbuchung des Kaufbetrages von meinem Konto hinterlegt wurde, wo mir aber niemand antwortet. Ich werde meine Bewertung natürlich anpassen, sollte es sich noch zum positiven entwickeln. Aber als Neu-Kunde ist es schon mal kein guter Start. Schade.
