I have only recently joined Future Fit in 2019. Having done a few workshops and online course, the whole team have been really good. Rob Hall was the instructor i had for the last few workshops and he was very encouraging and knowledgeable in his field. I cannot wait to carry on with my courses in the future with this company!

The future fit course has been great in that it has allowed me to study in my own time so that I am able to fit the qualification into an already busy lifestyle. The trainers have been very helpful and it is great that you are able to gain over the phone/email advice when it is required. My recent training course led by Simon was great and helped prepare me for the rest of the course.

Future fit are a strong training provider for the fitness industry. I studied the Level 2 and 3 personal training courses. The e learning is very thorough, going into great detail of anatomy, physiology, programme design and the standards expected of being a trainer. There is plenty of practical work done in the workshops but you have to put into practice what you have learned from every course after you pass. The work was challenging but enjoyable and I have learned a great deal. I enjoyed studying every course especially nutrition and weight management and core training. Each tutor I had for a workshop and practical assessment were professional, polite, encouraging and understanding. Won't name names but the only exception to this were the tutors I had for my first course the Level 2 Gym instructor who I found were both rude and condescending, otherwise I would rate 5 stars.

Staff were very helpful but I could not complete the course due to rising work commitments. What I did do was very good and gave me a deep insight into the whole field of nutrition and weight management. Advice for future students: make sure you can commit the time to the course that is needed.

Great support from the team at Future Fit Training. The learning material is really easy to navigate and you can pause anytime or go back and re-visit the material. When ever I needed any help with course dates or certifications, the support team are more than happy to help.

I chose Future Fit Training for my Total Immersion Diploma, which I’m just over half way through (L2, L3 and workshops completed). I’ve been so impressed by the standard of teaching - however one tutor in particular has stood out amongst all the rest. Ross Mitchell taught my Functional Equipment and Kettlebell Workshops (which was incredible) and I walked away feeling like I had learned some truly invaluable business, programming and coaching information. Because of Ross I was able to implement some great client sign up plans which has helped my business no end. Not only that, as a tutor he was incredibly inspiring and was instrumental in changing my mindset towards training for the absolute better. Now the focus is on performance related goals, both for myself and my clients and this has given great results all round, which has meant some very happy clients. Thank you so much Ross :-)
