Just completed the suspension trainer workshop with Ben Finning. A great day of training with quality instruction throughout. Ben is enormously knowledgeable and engaging. I would highly recommend both Ben and the suspension training workshop

Absolutely awful, do not waste your money. I lost all the money I spent with them and have no qualification out of it. I won’t stop until I take them down, I have teamed up with others who have been through the same. Thank you to all of those that have reached out already, let’s make sure no one else gets scammed by them!! Shame on them!!
