Honest Excellent

Delivery was quick and prompt. Sofas were fixed and rubbish removed and the y were so professional. I had put some cardboard down as it was raining and didnt want my carpet to get dirty but they removed their shoes. Tgey were so professiona. And my sofas are lovely. Tgank you

Got sofas delivered on Wednesday and put them up today 29th January. Sofas are of very high quality leather and are very comfortable. Delivery drivers were great too.

Idea reclining chair for what my need,

Fast delivery service . Ordered late Saturday night , got a phone call on sunday to arrange delivery . Delivery came on Tuesday with two men who were very respectful and polite . We did not pay to have it put together as we had to arrange furniture in our own home first , but it was easy to put together . Sofa looks , feels and is extremely comfortable .

Arrived earlier than expected which was great, the two lads that delivered were cheerful and polite unpacked and assembled with great care, all around could not fault the process from start to finish, also a fabulous price!!

Delivery men were absolutely excellent. Kept me informed of when they would be here and they even arrived earlier than expected which was great. They treated my house with respect, and delivered sofa to the room I wanted it in.

I’m really disappointed with this delivery experience. Not only did my order take three full weeks to arrive, but the delivery slot I was given was completely unreasonable — 6am on a Sunday. After such a long delay, being expected to be up at the crack of dawn on a weekend just added to the frustration. The lack of communication throughout the process made things even worse. I had no clear updates, no explanation for the delay, and no flexibility in choosing a more suitable time. Overall, this was far below the standard I expected. I hope the company seriously improves both their delivery times and the way they schedule delivery slots, because this was incredibly inconvenient.
