I’m really disappointed with this…
I’m really disappointed with this delivery experience. Not only did my order take three full weeks to arrive, but the delivery slot I was given was completely unreasonable — 6am on a Sunday. After such a long delay, being expected to be up at the crack of dawn on a weekend just added to the frustration. The lack of communication throughout the process made things even worse. I had no clear updates, no explanation for the delay, and no flexibility in choosing a more suitable time. Overall, this was far below the standard I expected. I hope the company seriously improves both their delivery times and the way they schedule delivery slots, because this was incredibly inconvenient.
