Renewal of home and contents insurance

Received reminder email and text message from Frontier about a month before renewal date along with a quote for the renewal premium, which was good because: i) the renewal premium quote was less than last year's and ii) the month's notice gave me plenty of time to look for alternative quotes before the current policy ended if I wanted to. They also sent me another reminder 5 days before cover ended which was good. I like Frontier because completing the forms when I first took out the insurance was easy but the detail they ask for is quite comprehensive including providing pictures of high value items/serial numbers etc - haven't had to claim yet fortunately, but I found it reassuring they ask for this detail. Also if I needed to make changes to cover details it was very easy to do this on line.
