Got a great sale price on my second pair of Earth Raleigh knee high boots. I’ve used my first pair since January 2020 for my dog’s walks and play time with other dogs. I love these waterproof boots and don’t want to be caught without a pair. Purchase and shipping worked perfectly.

Item arrived in a couple of days, in great shape.
The service is great as usual from footwear etc. However, tomorrow I will be returning the sandals because the straps are too tight on my husband's wide foot. A concern I have is my receipt states a discounted $7.95 flat-rate for Rewards Members will be charged, but when I printed my return label it indicated a $9.95 fee would be charged. I am hoping Footwear Etc. will be honoring the $7.95 shipping as stated on my receipt.
