Excellent service.
My first contact was via their contact form on their website. They rang at the time I stated, and a lady called Emily spoke to me. She was very clear, concise and professional and ran through all the details of my injury with me. She made herself clear at all times, and answered my questions confidently. I was then transferred to a law firm for them to continue with my case. A very encouraging start to my claim.
