Lauren takes her job seriously
Lauren spoke with a kind and caring attitude towards me from the start of the call. She explained the initial start of the claim process clearly and gave me the chance to ask questions at each stage. At the end of the process Lauren read back all the information to ensure she had everything correct and I thanked her for her patience and positivity.
