Professional and informative service
I talked to a very informative, professional and friendly lady who took the factual details from me and dealt with all info I gave her promptly. She called me back when the line went bad after we lost contact. I appreciated her calm and empathetic manner while she took my information . I am waiting for the solicitor to ring me back
