Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Jemima is amazing. She is friendly and very professional. She was super thorough with cleaning every room. She moved furniture to ensure she could hoover under our sofa and office desk.
In our bathroom after cleaning it immaculately, she organised our kids toys on the side of the bath, she even down set the number blocks in correct sequence. We would highly recommend her.
Please pay attention to your bank account and number of cleaning sessions. My impression is that Fantastic Services are dishonest and do not keep to the initial contract. Fantastic services took several payment from my cards to pay for a single session. Cleaners are of poor quality and Fantastic services keep rotating them. Some complained to me of poor pay and abuse. Standard are low. Be aware that they'll impress you with the initial contact, kind of too good to be true. Do not fall for the trap as I did and twice!! as they reassured me falsely that management had changed and customer care and honesty then better. all false.
