Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Jess was excellent Professional , independent and courteous. Made an effort to understand what we wanted and kept communicating appropriately throughout. Hi early one of the best experiences we've had with fantastic services.

Fantastic Services has been a nightmare! The lack of communication is astounding. Services are rescheduled often and at short notice. The professionals are excellent though. Vladimir, the plumber, was wonderful at explaining everything that he was doing.

Fantastic Services lived up to their name. The grass was really grown and it wasore than they expected but they didn't allow it deter them from doing a fantastic job Alexander and Gorgi were kind and efficient and most importantly effective

Ridiculous amount of money. £113.00 for two hours cleaning. Wouldn’t let me supply my own cleaning products, presumably to bump up the price. Wouldn’t allow one cleaner, it had to be two for a very small house. Fine cleaners, but they didn’t clean my window sill and I had to ask them to clean my coffee table as they were going out the door to leave.
