Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

I wanted some bushes taken down at the rear of my property which were overgrown. The service I was excellent. The team were efficient, professional and informative and finished the job to a great level. Would recommend them without hesitation.
