Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Jess was excellent Professional , independent and courteous. Made an effort to understand what we wanted and kept communicating appropriately throughout. Hi early one of the best experiences we've had with fantastic services.

Quick, efficient and communicative. The job itself was reasonably priced, just keep in mind it's about 50 quid per 'jumbo' garden waste bag. All in all happy with my garden.

Iskren delivered and excellent result. My garden is not only clean and tidy but he suggested ways it could be improved as well. He was a true proffesional and i hope to use his services again soon.

Both gardeners were friendly, on time and listened to my regiments carefully. They carried out the work throughly and tidied up well. I’d definitely book them in again. Very lovely gents who did a great job.
