Uncooperative
Unfortunately, the car got hit by a stone and cracked the windscreen. Upon return, they immediately charged my credit card an amount for this. No problem, I understand they want to be sure they got their money. After they received the actual repair invoice, I wanted to pay the cost by direct debit to avoid the credit card fee, but they would not allow me to do this, so I had to pay the credit card fee out of my own pocket. The customer service people were quite rude when they 'handled' this issue.
