This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿

Very friendly staff and brilliant products.

So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.

ACOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .

Used these products previously

Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Waiting and waiting

Did order on 4/9/23 and I m still waiting 17 days later. Spoke to someone on 18/9/23 and told delivery will be next day , but never arrived. Phoned again on 20/9/23 and told must be lost . So get told new one will be sent next day and still no sign. Tracking saying not even picked up yet. Used before with no problems

Alot better than expected

Product price seemed far to low for what was on offer. but product is alot better than I expected and very easy to use and remove. Overall very good products and good price. Also have some very nice scents to keep you happy while working away making your car shine. Delivery was within time scale. Generally very happy with the product and will be ordering more.

Delivery delays unacceptable

Delivery delays unacceptable. I think it is about time this company was reported to authorities for false and misleading advertising. How a 48 hour delivery timescale ends up being 10 days overdue I'll never know. Excuses this time we were out ingredients? Just awaiting supplies. Well that's not your customers problem. Had you stated that on your original ad I would have went elsewhere.

Damaged bottles and package

My girlfriend ordered this for me as a present and when we opened up the packages the bottles were damaged and it leaked everywhere, didn’t get to use most of the products as I wasn’t able to save the damage. The bottle lids were broken on a few bottles so I was able to use the sprayers. Overall was very disappointing as I was looking forward to using the products on my car.

Cheap and nasty

Bought set of various cleaners, was so excited to use them… rubbish, everything smears and doesnt give the finish i normally get so will all go in the bin.. waste of money

£8 for 2 waxing pads .I was thinking they was special ones from ez I was so wrong.they are the same as the ones you can buy from online site .12 for around £3 odd lol . completely done over .gets my goat 🐐

The products are OK but no where as…

The products are OK but no where as good as the top brands. I'd rate them just above cheap products. This would be forgiving if delivery was fast as price point is good. But deliveries are always extremely slow, so you're only left with price point as a positive and that's only a positive when it's a big sale, if not the price point is poor for the quality. After a few orders I've found you generally wait around 3 weeks for an order. Car is filthy by that point and the products aren't strong enough to tackle high dirt

Thought I'd give it a go

Thought I'd give it a go, plenty of good reviews but didn't dig too deep. Ordered and after 6 days had heard nothing, I emailed and after an hour I got an email from DPD saying my package was on its way (coincidence?) Then a little later an email from EZ saying "oh look, your order seems to be on its way" 4 days later and nothing had turned up so I emailed to say I wasn't happy and wanted to cancel, this was ignored. Next day DPD sent another email saying that my package would be delivered the following day, I emailed EZ again saying that I wanted to cancel and get a refund, the delivery is due but I won't be home to refuse the delivery, this again has been ignored to this day(16th July), I don't want to open the package form them to turn around and say they won't take it back, basically they have taken my money and are now ignoring me, hoping I'd give up and open the box Edit to reply to the reply 😂... thanks, I understand things can get hectic, just one of the unlucky ones I guess, I may try again in the future, I'd prefer it if you didn't have these permanent "sales" you're not a sofa company! Just be honest and sell the product for the price it is, don't try to bamboozle people into thinking it's worth £100 if you always sell it at 25...

Stay away unless you want to wait for eternity.

I ordered a big order of cleaning goods, for a week and a half it had not been processed, i emailed them and they said they were busy, then i emailed a couple of days ago saying i want a refund on my order and within a hour of doing so it said dispatched, although it hadn't been dispatched it was been processed and today i got all my items all accounted for. but i got a emailed before it was dispatched saying they wouldn't refund as its been processed currently. Never again will I order from these,
