I hv been with EL for like 13-14 yrs. and it’s an amazing Tution center. The way their tutors teach is absolutely remarkable. But they shud try introducing cheaper Tution options for struggling families.
Very helpful and
Great team, very professional. Our son was reluctant at first but now seems to be enjoying it

The way my son has improved I am proud to say they are doing a great job
I am extremely disheartened to share my recent experience with Explore Learning. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their team regarding a refund, my concerns were consistently overlooked. The lack of responsiveness was evident as my emails seeking explanations were blatantly ignored. This not only reflects poor customer service but also a disregard for parental concerns. Additionally, the customer service team failed to provide any meaningful assistance, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client. Such an approach is unacceptable and has significantly eroded my trust in their services.
I signed my child up for x2 online sessions per week. We have had 4 different tutors because permanent tutors were absent for 3 consecutive sessions. There are major inconsistencies in tutors ability to teach due to lack of subject knowledge and ability to offer different systematic approaches to help a child understand what a question is asking. Overall, the quality of teaching and teacher explanation is far below standard and would lead to an inadequate lesson observation if this was to take place in a primary school setting. Based on the service received, I can see no future signs of pupil progress or improved confidence.
Great place with very supportive and neurodiverse friendly staff. Turned things around for my education resistant home educated child. Thanks so much
