I've had a fantastic experience at the Ekol hospital. The staff there were all friendly, helpful and professional. A lot of the staff spoke English which made things easier. The medical staff were efficient with things done professionally with no unnecessary waiting around. My rep Zilan kept us informed always replying to messages in such a timely manner. The surgeon (Dr Lagan Bekican) was brilliant, he spoke to me before my surgery, made me feel comfortable and at ease. The nurse who translated for him was fantastic, she visited daily in hospital and whilst at the hotel. The surgeon also visited after the operation. The younger Dr who came with him was also very good, he also attended daily and came to the hotel for our last medical appointment with the RGN. Would highly recommend this hospital

I had a fantastic experience from the moment I landed in the airport. My transport was waiting for me to take me to the hospital which tuck a lot of stress of me. When arriving at the hospital we were made so welcome and everything was explained in english . The care was absolutely fantastic 👌. Definitely will be recommending this hospital to anyone who's looking to get surgery. And of course I highly recommend zilan as he could not do enough for me. Even when I came home he still was there for me if I had any concerns.

Truly Outstanding service from getting picked up from the airport taken to the hospital getting all tests done before my surgery I got a double eye lift. Stayed two nights in own private room in hospital,then two nights in a beautiful hotel. I can not thank my surgeon Dr Kagan Bekircan enough, to all hospital staff the amazing team who looked after me so much. I am also very grateful for the Truly Outstanding Ahmet who organised everything for me transfers ,international nurse who visited me in the hotel, my transfers back to the airport. Thank you for being very supportive always there if I needed anything. Everything was just perfect.

Illy the coordinator at Ekol was very efficient in helping and guiding me though the whole process of booking with Ekol and also got me An amazing discount can not recommend enough. Answered all my questions with minutes when messaging her and nothing was never to much. Thank you for your help

I was so nervous about booking my op but when I got there i was amazed at the service i received. Even my husband was impressed! They really look after you. I had previous chin lipo in Egypt but surgeon messed up my chin and I lost my confidence! The rep I booked with Illy was amazing too via whatsapp she explained everything A to Z. They are so proffessional at this hospital and caring I really felt like a VIP. Better treatment than in UK they went beyond! The surgeon Dr Suleyman Cakmak was really nice, friendly and proffessional. He said he could fix my chin and the way he talked and explained everything I started to feel confident he would.I am 7 days post op and the chin and neck is looking amazing i cant believe it so would love to thank this brilliant Dr! Also have whatsapp group for aftercare...After previous op in Egypt so was skeptical about booking again esp abroad but glad I went to Ekol hospital, Izmir in Turkey. I would highly recommend this hospital and the amount of people I met there from abroad was unbelievable. Many were from Ireland and some were repeat customers. I would also like to thank all staff especially the international rep and especially nurses Yaren, Aysenur and the 2 nurses cant remember their names who took drain out on the morning I was discharged. 100% would go there again if needed Thank you Ekol hospital :)

Ruined my life this hospital, bad bad bad , please don’t go here , I got surgery and wasn’t happy and also got revised surgery and it was even worse , they made me sign all this mad stuff that I wouldn’t post on social media , stay well away from here , they don’t care , bad job, I messaged after care and no reply , left badly scared and self conscious , please please don’t go here , they left me butchered

I had the MMO package at Ekol Hospital with Dr. Arif, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, everything was extremely well organised. The staff were professional, kind, and always made me feel comfortable and supported. Dr. Arif was amazing — very knowledgeable, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The care I received before, during, and after the procedure was exceptional. The hospital facilities were clean, modern, and high quality, and I felt looked after every step of the way. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I’m so glad I chose Ekol Hospital and Dr. Arif. I would highly recommend the MMO package to anyone considering treatment — truly a 5-star experience from start to finish.

Ich war insgesamt innerhalb von 15 Monaten dort im Oktober 2024 (Nasen-OP), im Oktober 2025 (Kopfhaartransplantation) +Dezember 2025 (PRP+Nadelepilation Gesicht) und wurde nie enttäuscht, im Gegenteil, alles ist bestens organisiert, herzlich, fürsorglich und ich fühle mich dort wohl und sicher. Wenn etwas nicht stimmt, kann man mit denen darüber reden und die sind sehr bemüht alles für mich wohlwollend und zu meiner Zufriedenheit zu machen. Ich plane öfters dort in der Zukunft zu erscheinen und habe noch viel vor, demnächst im März/April 2026, wegen PRP, Bleaching, Nadelepilation und Full-Face-Neck-Lift. Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden und freue mich auf das nächste mal. Danke EKOL und Team😊🥰👋

Having just returned from here....i have nothing but positive comments to make. I was looked after so well and felt like the staff really cared. They were all so friendly and nothing was too much. The hospital was clean and comfortable. I will recommend this company to anyone that listens

I had abdominoplasty and liposuction. Really good care of patients. Nurses are so kind and nothing is difficult for them. Supported by international nurses who speak fluent English. Surgery and recovery went really well, and all my needs were met with support. Daily visits by the surgeon with opportunity for any questions. Upon leaving hospital, there is a support group, and all questions are answered quickly, for ease of patients. Overall, I had a good experience with Ekol hospital.

AVOID AT ALL COST. ekol messed up my surgery and has made false statements to me non stop. I had my surgery on the 19th of September 25 with Dr Arif Ayden. Timmy tuck, abdominal muscle tightening, mons lift, and liposuction. I got to the hospital and everything was rushed. My money was taken and forms signed they wouldn't answer my questions. They said to speak to international nurses. I was taken to my room. Dr Arif came in and drew in my tummy and didn't answer my questions. I was taken to theatre and had my surgery. I woke up in recovery and met a lady in the next bed who claimed Dr Arif also did her surgery that morning. It's impossible for Dr Arif to have performed both surgeries at the same time in two different theatres thst morning. Who did my surgery? I was taken to my room. I was left in wet bed sheet from urination that was never changed in the 6 days I was there. My canula was open and bleeding. My drains were changed on the floor. And the nurses was changing my dressings without gloves. My surgery scars from my sturnam and hip to hip were uneven and the horzontal scar was diagonal. I also asked for photos of what was cut off me. They supplied a photo but the skin colour was different it was tanned im a pale red head. Also not anywhere on the skin cut off was my laperoscopy scars from a previous surgery and those scars were also not on my body anymore. Who's skin was photographed and sent to me? I had been sewn up badly. I asked to see my papers and I was refused. When I left the hospital they refused to give me my medical notes. I was told to communicate through the after care whatsapp group. I got home and ive had nothing but complications to which the international nurse in the whatsapp group have refused to deal with. Ive had to go to the NHS for treatment as ekol was refusing to take responsibility. Ekol has caused me serious damage and my Nhs consultant said Im lucky to be alive. I was then contacted by a lady at my swimming club who I only knew by first name. And she had also enquired about surgery. To my shock and horror she supplied me with documented evidence that the ekol rep "fara" had supplied her with all my private data. My full name, the majority of my bank details, my full address, my email, a list of the surgery I had had done and the costs. A complete breech of data protection. I contacted the whatsapp group and complained. They told me that "Fara" the rep who breeched my data was no longer employed by ekol. I didn't trust or beleive them. So I got some friends to enquire into surgery and "fara" was still working for ekol as a rep and had given them price lists and advice. Absolutely diabolical. Im now 3 months post op and the whatsapp aftercare group has completely ignored my vital urgent requests. I've complained directly to the hospital as well and have been completely ignored and abandoned. I later found out from a social media group that so many people have suffered at the hands of ekol. If I had known I would never of had surgery here. I don't want anyone to go through the pain, damage, suffering and mental trauma i have.
