I’ve had such an amazing experience at Bazekol Hospital in Turkey, not once but twice, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The first time I visited, I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Baha, and I will forever be grateful to him. The results were absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. He truly changed my confidence, and I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. This month, I returned to Bazekol and had a breast uplift and implants with Dr. Arif Aydin. I am barely two weeks post-op and already in love with the results so far, even though I know there is still recovery ahead. Dr. Arif is incredible, and I feel so confident knowing I was in such safe and skilled hands. The nurses were absolutely amazing, especially the girls on the 4th floor who really stood out. I recognised some of the same nurses from my first visit, which says a lot — it’s clear Bazekol Hospital is a great place to work, and that reflects so much in the care you receive as a patient. A special mention to Zilan, who has been so helpful throughout the entire process. Any question I had, she made sure to get me an answer and always made me feel reassured and supported. Every single member of staff is friendly, kind, and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I even had the same girl bring me down to surgery as I did on my first visit, which instantly put me at ease. Because of the team and how comforting they are, I had no nerves at all this time around. Bazekol Hospital truly feels professional, caring, and trustworthy. I’m so grateful for my experiences there and would 100% recommend them to anyone considering surgery abroad.

Excellent communication English very good been for my gastric sleeve now going back for mmo so excited staff make sure your rep is with you all the way. They couldn't be any better than they was. My rep to rebook my mmo was Ahmet he had really good English to rebook.

I’m booked for surgery in October this year and I can not fault Ekol - mainly Ahmet in his communication and in assisting me with my endless questions and concerns. He has been reassuring and supportive and assisted me throughout the whole booking process - even when I’ve changed what procedure I wanted several times and the surgeon. I am now feeling calm and happy with my decisions and look forward to my surgery!

Doesn’t matter what I’ve tried to do dealing with this service provider… they have defended themselves from taking any accountability for what situation I found myself when dealing with my complications . Ive reached out with constant communication with them to help me and support me to resolve my situation and they have done nothing to help me in a timely manner . Doesn’t matter what they say “I truly believe “ from my personal journey with them … they promise you everything but deliver on nothing when it comes to complications. They have left me nearly 2 years of allowing my face paralysis and eye problems to get worse to the point it’s seems to be permanently unsymmetrical my face and allowing time to pass as only made my chances of RECOVERY limited without intervention to manage those complications!! It has left me with having to navigate my own care and the prospect of facing the future with more corrective surgeries AS my only option to correct this . IF THAT IS POSSIBLE ? Since my surgery with this service provider it has mentally and physically left me with a situation they may never be RESOLVED ! . So if you’re reading this please take your time about “ WHO YOU CHOOSE “ aboard if you want surgery ! Also what you see online with this service provider really isn’t the REALITY when you have problems . Good surgery is only what I’ve seen personally to be advertised and as regards to NEGATIVE outcomes seemed to be overlooked or made me to feel “I’m to blame “ for signing a contract and THAT is where the PROBLEM lies . This service provider didn’t allow this FUNDAMENTAL step to take place . I wasn’t given access to my contracts ! So if I could do it all over again “ I WOULD make sure I had a service provider who allowed me to make an informed decision WITHOUT pressure and WITHOUT allowing them taking any money as soon as I walk through their doors . Going aboard especially Turkey has its rules regarding ANY elective surgery and the contracts as soon as you sign LEGALLY protects them as a business NOT the client . So if you do go to this provider DO NOT hand your money over and INSIST on reading the contract before proceeding ! because even if you do get to read it and decide you don’t want to go ahead with the surgery due to the risks you still FORFEIT your money because you have changed YOUR mind that’s what “ my contract” stated once I finally got hold of them POST OPERATIVE and this service provider had already secured the money . So me as the client their system did not ALLOW me to make an INFORMED DECISION regarding my surgery which was CRUCIAL to my surgery and healthcare …

Exceptional care given from the moment I got off the plane. All the team were amazing especially my surgeon Dr Sulyman. The care given was second to none I would recommend this hospital to anyone

3 months post op from MMO procedure done by the genius Dr Suleyman Cakmak and although I’m still swollen I am absolutely delighted with my results loving the transformation, and I honestly cannot thank the aftercare team they have been absolutely amazing replying and advising me of anything I was asking about , mainly swelling , advise on massages etc , the hospital and staff are living Angels 🙌

The nurses and all the staff were wonderful. Everything was organised for me and transfers were on time and private. Hospital was clean. Hotel lovely. The surgeon did a wonderful job and the scars are so neat and hopefully won’t be too noticeable. Results too soon to comment but so far so good. I just wish the surgeon had gone for bigger implants. I would come back again for sure. Just wish the hospital food and options there were better. Tip: bring your own for hospital 🤣🤦‍♀️ Aftercare is very good and you have a watsapp group you can ask any questions on once you’re home. Ahmet was my contact from the start and was very helpful and prompt replies.

I would give a 0 but won’t allow me. Last January 2025 I went to ekol for dr Aydin to do thigh lift with Lipo got there his name all over my notes for another dr to walk into my room and do my surgery. Apparently he had an emergency ( he was away with his wife) dr cenk put me in icu where I had 4 blood transfusions and was down for 8 hours and they never even went and told my husband. Fast forward 5 months my legs are awful I message and they agree I need a revision and they agree to let me have original surgeon. I go last week I get there pay the £500 for lipo they are asking extra for ( only thigh lift revision free) dr aydin comes in refuses to do revision as he’s not my surgeon from last year even though I show proof they agreed. He will only do liposuction to legs which I agree as he’s says doing another thigh lift is risky as could take to much away and risk infection and wounds opening. I paid for full leg lipo and to get upper thigh outter lipo, my legs still look bad I’ve wasted over £2000 on flights extra payment and massages for my legs still to look bad. Stay clear of this hospital they only want your money

I recently had my lens replacement surgery and couldn’t fault the experience. I received Alcon lenses, and the entire process from start to finish was extremely smooth. Carol Rice was amazing and took care of all the bookings and arrangements, making everything completely stress-free. Her support, organisation, and attention to detail made a real difference. The staff at Ekol Hospital were exceptional — helpful, kind, and professional from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Even after the surgery, the care continued, with regular follow-up phone calls to check in and make sure everything was going well. I’m extremely grateful to everyone involved and would highly recommend this experience to anyone considering lens replacement surgery.

Fara my coordinator at Ekol was very efficient in helping and guiding me though the whole process of booking with Ekol hospital, she was very helpful and nothing was too much for her. I arrived at the airport last Tuesday. The service was outstanding and very professional from been collected and taken to the hospital, hotel and back to the Airport on the Saturday morning. The tests that are done before the surgery …… very impressed as nothing is left out. Very thorough…. From bloods , x-rays, scans…..a great medical NCT. The medical staff were outstanding , very supportive and understanding. Always with a smile, there was no language barrier as the medical staff looking after me all spoke English. I’m home now and looking back to last week, a big thank you for all the staff for looking after me…I would highly recommend Ekol Hospital .

Lainey was my rep, she answered all my questions, and put me at ease. Everything was well organised and the treatment from all staff at Ekol was excellent. Im very grateful to Dr Arif, who did an amazing job, I'm very happy with my results.
