I can't recommend the guys from Eco that carried out the Internal Wall & Loft Insulation enough. From start to finish they were fantastic! Our home used to be a Sunday School (built 1885) with high ceilings and original architecture both inside and out. The wife and I want to keep many of the period pieces so in places this was unusual job for the teams. Every request was carried out with a smile and a joke but always professionally (for example - relocation of power sockets, light switches etc). There were 3 teams (Paul & Gary, Andy & Anton, Mark & Dave). All of them had the perfect mix of professionalism and camaraderie. I've gained a lot of knowledge & experience (with Mark's & Andy's excellent tutelage I can now plaster... albeit rather amateurishly). Everyone offered advice and support for future projects in the home (especially Paul & Gary who was always on hand with expert tips and tricks of the trade). I feel confident that with these guys' input I can tackle the jobs needed to bring all the old character back in the building. The plaster boarding, plastering (special thanks for Anton with the intricate archway in the porch area), electrics, windowsills and even the laborious tidying up by Dave - all were carried out with utmost professionalism. The outcome is now our house is beginning to feel like a home - don't think there is better praise than that... First time central heating will be starting today so fingers crossed they'll carry on the excellent name Eco has provided (pun intended). Thanks again guys!

Absolutely shocking from start to finish. First, the insulation, turned up drunk, hungover, making mistakes constantly, cut the internet cable, put the skirting boards and insulation on top of the carpets. Spread it out to last over the weekend with no consultation as to if we would be in or not. We had pvc window sills, not replaced with anything. Then came the ventilation, put a vent so close to a window that when I opened it, it knocked the extractor fan cover off the wall. Then came the heating, cut an electric cable, left us with a gas leak from the meter which we had to sort out, tiny little useless radiators that don’t heat rooms, some radiators don’t work at all so still using other forms of heat. Radiators are leaking, more expense to get them fixed properly. No communication from so called head office, no feedback requests. No choices or input in any work that was done. It seemed to be well your getting it with a grant you get what your given if you want it or not and we will put it where we tell you you can have it. The only one that was any good was the electrician who did a great job at repairing mistakes left by the insulation people, lights which didn’t work, light switches which were left dangerous as they were giving shocks, and damaged cables in sockets.

Just had boiler and radiators fitted. Christian and John did a really good job and made sure that they tidied up at the end of the day. Our house brought up a few problems, they were all resolved with no issues. They put in the hours as we are in north Wales and they were travelling a good couple of hours each way daily.

Christian and John have done a fantastic job. They finished the work quickly without making any mess. They were extremely polite.

Hugely happy with the job that the Ecoproviders have done. From time of survey to Gary, Jimmy and Gavin installing the insulation was just 6 days and they’ve done a fab job. House is SO much warmer and nice guys too. Thank you Gill and all at Ecoproviders for helping to make our house warmer.

Following a disappointing start with sub-standard workmanship from the insulation team (which left me having to make repairs in a few areas including a broken skirting board and mismeasured window sills), I was understandably reluctant to allow the Eco Providers to install the gas central heating. Jill in the office was great though, apologizing and offering for a team to come out and correct the insulation mistakes but I politely refused as I'd already fixed them. She then assured me that the central heating would be installed to the highest standard. I have to say that Jill's promise was certainly delivered, from the friendly chaps who fitted the extractor fan to top bloke Matty who carried out the survey and subsequently signed the job off, and the terrific Preston and Simon who fitted the system in three non-stop days, overcoming problems that old houses like these can present. Also Dan who wired in the boiler and clearly explained how to use the handy remote. I could not rate any of these lads highly enough and they have my sincere gratitude. Their courtesy and professionalism from start to finish was second to none and no corners were cut ensuring a first class, neat and tidy job. They really are a credit to themselves and to the Eco Providers. I have had the central heating for about a month now and the difference is immeasurable, it really has improved my quality of life and just in time for winter too. I was going to drop a star for the insulation work, but as I am extremely satisfied overall it seems unfair to penalize the lads who turned it around - so full marks all the way. A genuine thank you to the Eco Providers, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I recently had my stone cottage fully insulated and had storage heaters installed by The Eco Providers. From my initial enquiry I was shown the utmost courtesy from the office staff, including customer care, surveyors, to the conscientious tradesmen who worked on my home. They used top class materials and worked to a very high standard. I was delighted with the completed work, which was inspected prior to me receiving warranties and certification. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who might be interested in having similar work done. They really are an efficient company.

I have looked at quite a few eco company's and The Eco Providers has to be the best! Great friendly office staff and brilliant polite site site teams! love my new warm home, I would recommend this firm to anyone! 5 stars all round.

Walls and loft insulated and new plaster on walls. Also nice little touches like a new light fitted in kitchen. Feels like a new home. The workmen are very professional and friendly and also made sure my cat didnt escape while I was at work haha. Such an amazing job, very pleased.

If i could go back i would as the company had to come back three times to the job, it has just cost me £500 pounds just to put the attic back to normal, this is just one of the four rooms they did, all the carpets need replacing, i would not recommend this company at all.

2 of the workers came down my street in Gloucester to do a job, with nowhere to park. They did the best they could to move the van and accommodate for all in the area. They were being interrupted constantly by a resident that kept causing problems and called countless traffic wardens. The jronyvjs if he justvlwft them to work they would have finished much earlier. They did a great job overall, was no problem, cleaned up fully after themselves and did their job and never complained. Felt bad for them as it was a constant interruption and they did a great job overall
