Absolutely shocking from start to…
Absolutely shocking from start to finish. First, the insulation, turned up drunk, hungover, making mistakes constantly, cut the internet cable, put the skirting boards and insulation on top of the carpets. Spread it out to last over the weekend with no consultation as to if we would be in or not. We had pvc window sills, not replaced with anything. Then came the ventilation, put a vent so close to a window that when I opened it, it knocked the extractor fan cover off the wall. Then came the heating, cut an electric cable, left us with a gas leak from the meter which we had to sort out, tiny little useless radiators that don’t heat rooms, some radiators don’t work at all so still using other forms of heat. Radiators are leaking, more expense to get them fixed properly. No communication from so called head office, no feedback requests. No choices or input in any work that was done. It seemed to be well your getting it with a grant you get what your given if you want it or not and we will put it where we tell you you can have it. The only one that was any good was the electrician who did a great job at repairing mistakes left by the insulation people, lights which didn’t work, light switches which were left dangerous as they were giving shocks, and damaged cables in sockets.
