shameful, disgraceful E-Cig Clouds
Like many other customers and reviews of this company on Trustpilot, I placed an order for 12 units and received only 10. I sent picture evidence that the packaging could not have fitted 12 units and the fake weight on the parcel (5kg yet, the 10 units only weigh 1.2kg). The disgraceful customer support made numerous creative versions of the truth such as they need to identify who packed the order then suddenly the person who did confirmed 12 units were packed ... interesting spin on the truth...they could not stick to anything they can verify nor have they given an explanation that adds up. Now that I have reviewed other peoples comments on Trustpilot, I can see I am not the only one who was treated so shabbily and disgracefully...shame on E-Cig Clouds
