I have had this app for many months and it never found me a single driving test date. At some point they even deactivated my account, and I had to contact them twice to get it reactivated because they failed the first time.
Customer service is completely ignoring my emails and calls. I have asked for a refund since they haven’t delivered what they promised, but no response at all.
This app has been a total waste of money and time. It doesn’t work and the company is not reliable. Avoid it.

This is by far the BEST test cancellation platform that I have ever used. It’s way better than the other popular ones and the entire process of booking a new date is super smooth. The cost is also lower than other platforms. I cannot say more praise for the site. Highly recommend!!!! No more hourly checking on the DVSA site!!
Managed to cut the waiting time by 4 months. The app is pretty easy to use and manage, and you can set parameters for your availability. Notification of a new date was easy and the change was done automatically without any hassle. All in all a great service.

Personally would definitely not recommend these at all. My daughter got offered 1 a week off these, don’t waste your money go to Testi they were brilliant, getting offered 10-20 a week a few every day. We went with these for the great reviews, sadly this wasn’t the case for us!!
I love this service, but in the post-COVID context, when the bookings are so scarce and happen after 6 months, I am still intrigued why I am crippled without this service?
Crippled as in, I have to compete with a robot:
- I can't book more than one time on the gov.uk site, I need to cancel the test and be quick enough to rebook the lesson that I want or book another one when it is available
- why does the gov.uk website releases all the booking slots only Monday at 00:00 and not on a daily basis
- why the gov.uk website not sending notification about cancelled lessons at the test center where I want to go
Everybody is happy, and perhaps morally fair but it feels very weird the way we learn about things:
- no one tells you that Monday is the day when the booking slots are released
- no one tells that one the websites are booking cancelled lessons and you might not stand a chance to find cancelled lessons
- no one tells you what to do if there are no lessons to book at your test centre.
It's just very painful. If it was not after COVID, I would not have cared. It is already painful that I wait 6 months to book a test.
