I love this service but...
I love this service, but in the post-COVID context, when the bookings are so scarce and happen after 6 months, I am still intrigued why I am crippled without this service? Crippled as in, I have to compete with a robot: - I can't book more than one time on the gov.uk site, I need to cancel the test and be quick enough to rebook the lesson that I want or book another one when it is available - why does the gov.uk website releases all the booking slots only Monday at 00:00 and not on a daily basis - why the gov.uk website not sending notification about cancelled lessons at the test center where I want to go Everybody is happy, and perhaps morally fair but it feels very weird the way we learn about things: - no one tells you that Monday is the day when the booking slots are released - no one tells that one the websites are booking cancelled lessons and you might not stand a chance to find cancelled lessons - no one tells you what to do if there are no lessons to book at your test centre. It's just very painful. If it was not after COVID, I would not have cared. It is already painful that I wait 6 months to book a test.
