The man I spoke to was so nice and explained things really well what I was unsure about, he was very professional and so nice and polite.
Lisa was really helpful throughout the duration of my claim, she always reassured me whenever I was worried and continued to have my best interest at heart. Really appreciate all the help and couldn’t thank her enough!!
I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

UPDATE Awful company. It’s taken over 3 years to get where we are … and that’s no further than where we started 3 years ago. For other reviews, look at “DLG” there you will get some ideas as to how this company operates, obviously quite a few Insurance companies use this. Ours is Churchill, so check who your insurance company uses. Complaints in and addressed but no further forward with a resolution to our case, yet another solicitor allocated so will probably take forever to get anywhere. Will look at taking it to the ombudsman as just want someone to send court letters so we would finally get our case heard, barristers have said we have over 51% chance of winning so cannot understand the constant delays.
To start with process with DLG Services was slow.Everyone I spoke to over the last 2 years was always polite and helpful.Then Melcom McDonald delt with my case.Melcolm was extremely helpful and thorough.Communication has been brilliant with Melcom if he says he will ring or send email he does no empty promises.I can not fault Melcolm McDonald he is main reason I have rated 5 stars an asset to DLG Services.
My experience is great because the customer service is very nice, friendly and very helpful in filling out forms and explaining if something was not clear to me. I recommend everyone five stars service.
Maryam Farhan has been with me all the way through this experience, and has made everything clear and understood throughout this long process. I have found her friendly and informative at this time of stress, and she has been very sympathetic to my fathers case. Should I ever need council again I would have no problems using her again.
Ruchi Fowle kept me well informed and upto date through out the process. She always responded promptly to any quires I had.
I must say to start with the process was very slow.But I can honestly say even it started like that I could nit have asked for a better team like DLG. Alice Robinson have been helpfulI and thorough while dealing with my case before it was pass to Martin Crossley who has been fantastic, his communication has been great and I must say for an entire 4years Martin communication was the best throughout the team. Always easy to get him via email or phone. If he's not around Martin Always at all timesmakes it his priority to get back to me, no empty promises with him and I only had him on my case for a short time. I cannot fault Martin not once. Overall the entire service was excellent.
