Wir sind mit Discover Airlines von Frankfurt nach Calgary und zurück geflogen. Beide Flüge waren überpünktlich, in Calgary kamen wir 15 Minuten früher an, in Frankfurt gar 30 Minuten. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Bei der Qualität und Quantität des Essens ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Sitzabstand in der Economy ist ok, aber die Sitze sind nicht die bequemsten.

Beide Koffer Verloren/Verspätung

Drecksairline, unser Gepäck wurde nicht mitgeflogen. Wir sind jetzt in Mykonos ohne Koffer. Eine reinste Katastrophe. Keine Erstattung nichts, irgendwelche rumänischen Hotline Assistente die nicht mal die deutsche Sprache beherrschen.

Absolute Enttäuschung

Das Erste und letzte Mal. Mein Anliegen wurde ignoriert, auf Rückfragen reagierte man entweder ausweichend oder gar nicht. Anstatt auf die klare Sachlage einzugehen, wurde ich wiederholt abgewimmelt – und mir wurde sogar mit rechtlichen Konsequenzen gedroht, obwohl ich lediglich meine berechtigten Ansprüche geltend machen wollte. Ein derart respektloser Umgang mit Kunden ist für mich völlig inakzeptabel. Ich erwarte von einer Airline Transparenz, Kommunikation und eine faire Behandlung – all das hat Discover Airlines in meinem Fall vermissen lassen. Ich rate allen, sich gut zu überlegen, ob sie mit dieser Fluggesellschaft fliegen möchten.

Flight from Halifax to Frankfurt

I flew from Halifax to Frankfurt and bought a two-seat option for 50 euros. The surprise was that even in economy class the seats recline. As a result, some passengers get the maximum space while others sit very cramped, which is unfair. Why does this option even exist? It’s not fair. I am disappointed with my flight.

DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE

DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE They are very much a budget Airline regardless of what they tell you. I flew to Orlando, yesterday I had book my flights over a year ago, and reserved and paid for my seats five months ago. The day before we flew I received an email informing me that my seats had been changed on my first flight from London to Germany no explanation and no refunded. On our next flight we had no advanced notice, we arrived at the desk Inlooked at my boarding pass to see that we were spread throughput the plan. I had originally booked and paid for to seats with extra legroom and ther three seat in the center row. I have three autistic children so this was totally unacceptable. When I asked at the desk I was only offer seat in a row in the back of the plan no extra legroom and no explanation. I flight was awful my kids could not get comfortable two of my children had meltdowns, the TV screen did not work the wifi did I not work, the crew could not care less, I was knock on a number of occasion by the crew and not one apology. And despite me paying for extra hold luggage when I arrived they weee offering to do this for free. Just not worth the saving next time I will book with virgin or BA

Dealt with issue really well - the mark of a good airline

Travelled to Windhoek on a flight that was delayed due to technical issues. Discover Airlines looked after us really well. Other, bigger, airlines should take note. They were exemplary. Incidentally, the business class seats and service on the plane were really good. I'd certainly fly with them again. Like them a lot.

Not nearly Premium Economy

Not nearly Premium Economy. Boarding was a mad scrum where we were supposed to have priority. The lady on the microphone at the boarding gate was totally intelligible with her mumbling. The PE cabin was not independent, just an extension of Economy. The seat was a standard Premium Economy seat, nothing special. The IFE was poor with a very small selection to choose from - I watched my own Netflix the whole journey. Food was dreadful and I barely touched it. Nobody asked me why. Was this the same awful food that was served in Economy? Surely not as you have paid for elevated dining. I was served 2 small plastic glasses of wine, under 100ml in each! I was not offered any other alcoholic drink. I flew a sister airline (Swiss) in business recently - Zurich to Mauritius - and it too had dreadful, uneaten food. I flew BA in Premium Economy recently and what a total difference. Really very enjoyable and a whole different story. Never again Swiss or Discover. You have an awful lot to learn as to how to treat your business and Premium Economy passengers.

Discover Airline

I booked my flight with Lufthansa returning from Mahe to London.We were put on a Discover Flight instead and did not know what to expect.The staffs on board were rude, if they were questioned. There were a few films to view unfortunately they did not provide head set so you have to watch the film in silence.We had a ten hour flight and had to purchase alcohilic drink with your meal must be the only long distance flight that do that.Absolutely awful experience and i will never book a flight with Lufhthansa again.What on earth is going on with Lufhthansa, such a reliable airline company.

WORST AIRLINE EVER. PLEASE AVOID.

Booked a ticket from LUFTHANSA from Denmark to Las Palmas with changeover in Frankfurt. The return flight from Frankfurt to Las Palmas was operated by DISCOVER AIRLINES although the ticket said "YUTE AIR ALASKA"? Very strange. I didn't know what to expect since this was my first time with Discover Airlines. The outbound flight to Las Palmas was ONE HOUR LATE on arrival. The inbound flight to Frankfurt was HALF AN HOUR LATE and I got stressed as I had a connecting flight soon after to Denmark. Frankfurt airport is HUGE and I had to move fast. NO COMPLIMENTARY FOOD OR DRINK AT ALL FOR 4.5 HOURS !!! Not even a bottle of water or a biscuit ???!!!! You could BUY OVERPRICED food and drinks on the plane, of course. ENTERTAINMENT THROUGH WIFI ONLY. AND IT BROKE DOWN SHORTLY AFTER TAKE OFF - both inbound and outbound!! = NO ENTERTAINMENT FOR 4.5 HOURS inbound and outbound!!! Very LIMITED LEGROOM AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FLIGHT. WORST AIRLINE EVER. This was my first and my last flight with DISCOVER AIRLINES. LUFTHANSA: YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. SHAME ON YOU. I've had many flights with LUFTHANSA over the years and have always been satisfied with the service provided on their own flights. I had to give at least one star rating, but DISCOVER AIRLINES DESERVES ZERO STARS. And in this case LUFTHANSA DESERVES ZERO STARS FOR CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS.
