Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. Excellent Conveyancing Experience
We have had an extremely positive experience during the process of selling our house and purchasing our next one. Jennifer Oakes was recommended to us by a friend who said she was excellent and we have to agree! Her communication has been brilliant throughout the process and we were always able to reach her on the phone whenever we needed to. It wasn’t the most straight forward process towards the end (problems further up the chain) but Jennifer was always on top of things and keeping us in the loop with everything. I will absolutely recommend her going forward. As well as this, the app used by DC Law to follow the progress throughout was really good and meant we could see actions being taken between solicitors/estate agents etc without needing to call for updates all the time. Efficient and friendly service
Megan and the DC Law team were incredibly helpful and communicative during what was quite a lengthy probate case. The sale of my father's house took longer than expected due to unforeseen delays with the grant of probate, but she did a great job of keeping me up-to-date throughout the process and kept things ticking over with the buyer in the interim. Once the grant was issued, the sale went through incredibly quickly without any further complications and I found the client portal to be convenient and very easy to use. Throughout the entire process, all correspondence was clear and friendly and I'd highly recommend DC Law's services to anyone in a similar position.
