Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. Not impressed with the very poor…
Not impressed with the very poor communication from DCLaw. Is everyone on holiday or just too inefficient to return my calls.!! I've been trying a whole week to speak to someone. Not good enough. I could lose my mortgage offer due to your lack of response.

My Conveyancer Judy Yung was fantastic
My Conveyancer Judy Yung was fantastic, she kept me informed every step of the way and everything was done very smoothly. I would highly recommend DC Law and if I move in the future would definitely use them again. The portal is great too, as you can see which stage you are at in the process and it shows anything you are required to do, so much easier than waiting for calls or items in the post.

Terrible Service
We are selling and buying our house with this company, communication is poor and nearly none existent-phone calls not returned and unable to speak to management as only number they can give is the conveniencer on your file. Would never recommend, made the whole process of buying and selling 100% more stressful

Terrible experience with this company both selling and buying a house with them. Told that we will be called back "by close of day" and have not yet recieved one call. Told we are ready to complete and then something else outstanding is found, meaning no completion.

I would give no stars if this was an…
I would give no stars if this was an option. A no-chain sale has so far taken 10 weeks with no exchange date yet in sight and it is absolutely impossible to contact Rebecca despite countless daily emails and calls. Nobody answers the phone, nobody responds to emails. It is incredibly stressful and frustrating as this is also a probate sale so we are personally dealing with lots of other issues unrelated to the house sale. I cannot understand all the glowing reviews - or else we are just extremely unlucky. We would not recommend based on our experience. Absolutely the worst conveyancing team I’ve ever come across.
