I always book through Cruise 1st because of the exceptional service and value. Mikey arranged our latest cruise. He was really helpful and knowledgeable about the destination. He gave us some great advice and suggestions for places to go in New York before our cruise.

telephone answered promptly, agent was uk based, she (Emma) followed up on our request for a regional flight, and rang back within a few minutes with full details to enable everything to be booked. Confirmation arrived with all the relevant details within 48 hours. We've used various companies incl the cruise lines direct BUT this organisation deserves the 1st tag

Disaster from booking on.
Disaster from booking on, booked cruise 18 months in advance, Terry insisted on a free upgrade, we accepted, only to find out later that day that our cabin had a partially obstructed view. We immediately phoned and emailed, and were promised we would be contacted when cabins became available. Despite numerous calls and emails Cruise1st never responded. Each time they did come back we were told no other cabins were available. Customer service is hopeless, would never book with them again.
