I didn’t know I could not have multiple accounts. I deposited money which they gladly took and then, I couldn’t redeem and one of my accounts was cancelled. 50 dollars lost for no reason.

They are never truly available 24/7. Not once out of 6+ chats have I ever ever gotten an actual person. I don’t think anyone is available 8pm -6am or 7 am is when they usually get back to me. And this is every single time and actually while I’m doing this I am holding to hear from anyone again in a chat and it has been so far 11 minutes and I’m doing this at 8:49 PM on a Friday night. I absolutely hate being misled and never receiving service and until after 6+ hours later, I feel that their customer service and advertising that their chat is available all hours. Still waiting it’s been 15 minutes now. And again this has been in every chat I’ve ever had which they’re over like six of them at least six at a minimum to where I’ve never been able to get someone after hours & hours. I’ve even screen recorded before.
