We recently popped into Cowal building supplies to look at decorative white chips. Saw something we liked and spoke to Rachel Bates at the counter. What a joy to get good old fashioned service. Very polite, very efficient. Made the whole process painless and delivered within days. Fabulous.

A GREAT SERVICE
It was not just the fact that Cowal offered us the best deal in the area to supply all the materials for our new summerhouse, it was also the friendly and helpful approach to us by Rachel. She gave us ideas that helped us save money and allowed us to get loads delivered in smaller quantities that we could cope with. All in all she made what was an arduous diy projects a lot easier than it might otherwise have been. The guys who delivered to us were also pleasant and helpful. The only negative I can think of is Rachel was unable to stop the rain.

Last minute order No problem dealing with the Dunoon depot who accommodated mtyrequest and delivered the material early John the driver phoned me to make sure he was dropping the delivery in site at a place suitable to me. Great service
